 Initiate and develop relationships with potential vendors, representing company and conditions of business offering: making warm, cold calls, responding to inbound inquiries from interested vendors
 Facilitate new vendors assessment, approval and on boarding process to ensure vendors are adequately verified
 Maintaining effective communication with partners, present vendors, coordinating all vendor management tasks
 Collecting and analysing information about consumers, competitors and market place and interpretation of data in order to determine potential demand for a product
 Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

- Produce original, clear and credible ideas, messages, scripts – write original copy and edit content
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients from concept development to deliver final product

- Evaluate all financial and transaction data for accuracy and implement corrective action
- Processing all accounting transactions to include paying bills and preparing and making deposits
- Responsible for maintaining all electronic and hard copy finance department files including vendor bills and deposit documentation
- Prepare financial reports for management and all core players
- Working with government financial institutions, such as National Bank, regarding year and quarter income reports
- Verbal and written translations (Chinese – Russian – English)

- Monitor and control project activity (including works on sites) and evaluate each step of the project to ensure that it is meeting budgetary and deadline goals
- Generate project reports – monthly, weekly, daily reports for corporate management and clients
- Client Relationship Management and support in setting project budget and in aligning task schedules, timelines
- Administer all activities for management and financial resource management
