Ca Manager Calitate în firmă, am fost responsabil de elaborarea politicilor în domeniul calității, de implementarea Sistemului de management al calității, de gestionarea, menținerea și dezvoltarea acestuia, de îmbunătățirea proceselor în producție în vederea asigurării trasabilității și calității producției.

- Am planificat și executat întreaga activitate de management al calității în cadrul societății private în care am lucrat si am dus la îndeplinire toate deciziile Directorului General
- Am coordonat verificarea condițiilor de manipulare și transport a produselor aprovizionate în vederea eliminării cazurilor de abateri
- Am asigurat un sistem de control al modului de depozitare a materiilor prime și produselor finite
- Am setat și urmărit mecanismul de identificare și izolare cu maxima operativitate a neconformităților apărute pe fiecare fază a procesului tehnologic
- Am asigurat mecanismul de respingere a produselor neconforme în toate fazele de fabricație și am urmărit ca acestea să fie rezolvate în conformitate cu procedurile specifice de tratare a neconformităților
- Am participat la ședințele de analiză a neconformităților și am propus măsuri de rezolvare a neconformităților
- Am implementat, menținut și îmbunătățit continuu standardele ISO 22000:2018 și sistemul de management a calității 9001
- Am organizat și desfășurat activitățile de audit intern conform SM, precum si activitățile de post-audit
- Am organizat în foarte bune condiții auditul extern și de terță-parte (furnizor).

As a Quality Manager in the company, I was responsible for developing quality policies, implementing the Quality Management System, managing, maintaining and developing it, improving production processes to ensure traceability and production quality.

- I planned and executed the entire quality management activity within the private company in which I worked and carried out all the decisions of the General Manager
- I coordinated the verification of the conditions of handling and transport of the supplied products in order to eliminate the cases of deviations
- I provided a control system for the storage of raw materials and finished products
- I set and followed the mechanism of identification and isolation with maximum operability of the non-conformities appeared on each phase of the technological process
- I ensured the mechanism for rejecting non-compliant products at all stages of manufacture and ensured that they were resolved in accordance with specific procedures for dealing with non-conformities.
- I participated in the non-conformity analysis sessions and I proposed measures to resolve the non-conformities

We have implemented, maintained and continuously improved the ISO 22000: 2018 standards and the 9001 quality management system
- I organized and carried out the internal audit activities according to the MS, as well as the post-audit activities
- I organized in VERY GOOD conditions the external and third-party audit (supplier).

I have GREAT KNOWLEDGE in IFS 6.1, BRCGS, FSSC22000, GLP, GMP, SAP, lean manufacturing and SIX SIGMA !!!

I'm very familiarised with laboratory tests and with analysis supervising activity. I also I am very familiarised with reverse osmosys and with the rest of sewage waters treating processes. Since December 1992 until September 2003 I trained many many of the working personnel in all the subordinate unities making their environmental documentations, I controlled their work and in the same time I and other work colleagues were doing controls on the field each person in his competence area. My inspections were concentrated on the quality protection of the water, of the soil and of the air.
