Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Revenue Operations Coordinator to work with our International Partners.
The Revenue Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by optimizing company’s marketing and sales processes and reporting and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
what you will be doing:

Process Optimization: Analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales, partnership and marketing organizations. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and increase sales productivity
Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure alignment on targets and performance metrics
CRM Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity and usability. Provide training and support to the sales team to maximize CRM effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and key initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue. Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance and areas for improvement
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations

what we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry
Demonstrated experience in driving improvements across the funnel metrics and lead flow management
Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Hubspot, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment
