The Role:
ROIMasters is seeking a skilled full-stack PHP developer to join its development team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on development in direct contact with the business team
- Participation in the development and documentation process
- Technical design
- Providing technical direction to development resources
- Final quality assurance to keep technical debt to an absolute minimum

We operate a flat team structure, and the role will report directly to the co-founders & CTO.

The Company:
ROI Masters has been active in the ad tech, mobile marketing and telecommunications sectors for over 5 years. We specialize in developing web technology to assist our delivery of direct-to-consumer performance marketing products.

What's Required?
To be successful within this role the full-stack PHP developer will need to have the following skillset:
- A relevant degree in Software Engineering or a similar STEM subject or respective relevant commercial experience & training
- 3 years commercial experience of PHP development and associated
- Sound experience of relevant web development tools
- Essential: JavaScript/ES6, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, MySQL, SQLite
- Should have an idea about: Node.js, React.js, jQuery, Bootstrap, WebSocket, MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Critical: Be able to work in pure JavaScript and PHP, not using any third-party libraries.
- A great team spirit and positive attitude
