Technical Consulting Specialist - is the face and the core of our business.
This position is an important long-term role and part of a team that serves as liaisons between our company, offices, leads, and ultimately the customer.
You will enjoy an interesting, fast-paced positive working environment and the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the latest technology in the Smart Glass industry and construction field.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls regarding the customer's requests;
Follow up and respond to customer e-mails;
Resolve any clients concerns and issues regarding the company’s products and services;
Document all clients interactions in the CRM system;
Prepare paperwork and set up appointments for the local Installation Team;
Follow up on paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion;
Any other miscellaneous administrative tasks;
Skills Required:
Ability to talk and write in English;
Customer service skills with a focus on relationship development;
Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask);
Attentiveness to detail;
