We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As an Independent Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing the entire freight cycle - from sourcing clients to negotiating rates, booking carriers, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and onboard new shippers across the U.S. and Canada
Identify reliable carriers and build strong transportation partnerships
Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers
Manage the full freight cycle – from quoting to final delivery
Track loads and manage delivery schedules
Maintain strong relationships with all parties throughout the process
Resolve issues related to transportation, customer concerns, delays

Requirements:

Experienced in Freight Brokerage
Strong network of shippers (book of business)
Proficient with load boards and transportation management systems
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
