Job Description:
The Regional Manager at Sebo will play an important role in expanding and strengthening our market presence. This employee will be responsible for coordinating operations in the field, with a direct impact on business development and customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with the local team will be essential to develop customized strategies that meet market demands.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and Support:
Oversees the team to achieve sales and performance goals, ensuring each member is motivated and well-trained.
Coordinates the daily activities of the branches and provides support for operational activities.
Ensures compliance with credit regulations and internal procedures within the units.
Microfinance Strategy:
Implements sales strategies adapted to the specifics of the local market, promoting company’s products.
Analysis and Improvement:
Monitors financial and operational results, offering solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency. Reports to management on development and identified challenges, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
Monitors operational costs at the units’ level, implementing measures to optimize activities to ensure the profitability of each branch.
Leadership:
Trains and evaluates the team, cultivating a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in microfinance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a strong orientation towards results.
Solid knowledge of microfinance and financial products.
Availability for business trip.
