QA Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

GET IT is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to drive our test efforts and test executions as part of the R&D team.
As a QA Engineer, you'll take part in our front-end and server-side (microservices) testing and will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on our set of products.
Executing and owning full QA cycles of new features releases.
Own the bug/s life cycle and issues handling by the team.
Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
Write detailed test plans and test cases.
Collect and report quality metrics from each test execution.
Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.
Validate that new software releases are meeting the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

3+ years hands-on experience with Automation + Manual QA - Must
Experience with Web API / Desktop testing - Must
Ability to write efficient automation code using framework such as playwright / puppeteer / selenium / any other testing framework.
Experience working with task management and issues reporting tools such as JIRA - Must
Experience with writing detailed test plans and test cases - Must
Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail - Must
Experience with different testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to efficiently-Must.
Experience in a SaaS company / startup – Advantage
Experience with linux operating systems - Advantage
Experience with database (e.g., MongoDB, Redis etc.. ) - Advantage.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and tools - Advantage
Experience with Docker, K8S or AWS services - Advantage
