Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Developer who will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance our security products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI and machine learning, combined with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles. You will work closely with our R&D team to incorporate AI into our platform and drive the future of cybersecurity innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI and machine learning algorithms for improving cybersecurity solutions.
Develop scalable AI models to detect threats, optimize security measures, and automate security processes.
Work closely with other engineers and data scientists to integrate AI-driven features into Cymulate's products.
Conduct research on new AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop and optimize models for real-time threat analysis and continuous security validation.
Apply deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning to enhance the detection and mitigation of cybersecurity threats.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and systems.
Collaborate in an agile environment to rapidly develop new AI-driven security solutions.
Maintain a focus on performance, scalability, and real-time execution in production environments.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record in building scalable AI models.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong knowledge of AI algorithms, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and how AI can be applied to enhance threat detection and mitigation.
Proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing, model training, and evaluation.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Experience working in agile development teams, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with reinforcement learning and anomaly detection in cybersecurity contexts.
Experience with big data processing technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience working with data lakes and databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and SQL.
Knowledge of network security, threat intelligence, and risk management strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
